August Newsletter 2010
Dear Parents and Students,
This month I am pleased to announce the first awards for “Student of the Month”.
Over the weeks in July, teachers have been nominating their students for Student of the Month to acknowledge exceptional achievements, great attitude and/or significant advancement with work. These students received a certificate to recognise their individual success. The Student of the Month will receive a special medal as a reminder of their achievements. Congratulations to the nominees:

Emily Coyle – for completing all the Trigonometry exercises
As we approach the middle of the term, it is important that consistent attention is paid to all aspects of school work, as well as the extra time spent at tutoring. A number of students have not been giving attention to the homework set during sessions. This is an important part of the Kip system to reinforce and practise skills learnt each week. Home work that is not done or rushed while driving to lessons, lessens the value gained from tutoring.
